High pressure blasting of steel materials is part of the surface preparation for further technological operations, such as phosphate coating, varnishing or galvanizing.

We perform blasting by pressure blast system with a jet, which is most suitable for the preparation of metal surfaces in the blasting box with dimensions 5.8 x 2.2 x 2.3 m. As blast abrasive we use corundum grit.

Blasting is used as one of the most effective methods to remove rust, paint, oxides and other impurities from the basic materials.

The surface roughness after blasting is measured by roughness meter or by reference standard.
