How much do I pay for the surface treatment?
For exact calculations, please contact us at obchod@galvan.cz. Be sure to specify the dimensions (weight) of the product, the required product modification, and attach the drawing documentation (if available).
Can I pay with a credit card?
We do not accept payment cards. Orders up to 200 EUR will be paid in cash upon receipt of the order. Orders over 200 EUR will be invoiced and paid using bank transfer.
When can I pick up the goods?
Zinc products are usually plated within three business days. For urgent orders, please contact our logistics, Mrs. Adamusová on tel. No .: +420 606 711 459 Working hours are from 7:00 to 15:00. Upon agreement, it is possible to arrange the delivery or removal of parts at different times.
